What data we process
From the enquiry form we process your name, company, email, phone, project details (location, area, timing, selected models, message), the delivery address for samples and attached files. When the form is sent we record the IP address and time. For orders we also process billing and delivery details.
Purposes and legal bases
Handling your enquiry, preparing a quote and sending samples: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Concluding and performing the contract, including delivery and complaints: performance of a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR together with the Slovak Accounting Act and VAT Act.
Protecting the form against misuse and spam (IP address and time) and establishing or defending legal claims: legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may object to this processing at any time.
Required data
Your name, email and the type of request are required; without them we cannot handle the enquiry. All other details are optional and help us prepare a more accurate quote.
Who we share data with
WebSupport s.r.o., Karadžičova 7608/12, 821 08 Bratislava, Slovakia, as our web hosting and email provider (processor).
Manufacturers in Spain, Italy and the Czech Republic where needed for a custom quote. We send manufacturers only project details, usually without your contact details.
Carriers for delivery of goods or samples (name, address, phone) and an external accounting firm for bookkeeping.
We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing. We do not transfer data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.
How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not lead to an order: 3 years from the last contact, after which we delete the data.
Contracts, orders and invoices: 10 years from the end of the year they relate to, as required by accounting law.
IP address record used to protect the form: one hour after sending. The IP address included in the enquiry email is kept together with the enquiry.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to info@celosta.sk. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, www.dataprotection.gov.sk, or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
